Asus 24xDVD-RW Serial ATA Internal OEM Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)

I use to have in order: LG GSA-4163(exellent), Sansung 223Q (very good) LG GH22NS50( good but my old Pioneer dvd-414 doesn't recognize any movie recorded on this model)and then Samsung SH-S223L( t didn't work on XP so for me is garvage) An then This Asus DRW-24B1st which has recorded like 30 times without damaging a disc and my Pioneer DV-414 plays it perfectly ( I know that my DV-414 is old but what is equal is not advantage, that means the asus and the samsung 223Q makes a better optical impression. It also rips fast so is not necessary to aply speed paches. Trust me,,buy this burner...I am like a frustrated consumer reports guy :P L O V E I T

Hands down this has to be the best DVD burner on the market. It works great alone without any software, but it works even better with the included disc. You get a free copy of Nero 10 to use so you can burn data, music, make DVD's etc. You also get a cool program called "e-hammer" which erases and corrupts discs so they cant be used or ever accessed again. What's also nice is it works with both DVD minus and plus R's and RW's. In the past DVD burners I owned worked with one or the other type of DVD's. The drive is extremely quiet, uses very little electricity, and only cost me $20! How can I complain? I truly do recommend this DVD burner to anyone.
